Beverly Carol Ogilvie

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Beverly Carol Ogilvie announces her passing on January 13, 2025, at the age of 81. Beverly was born on February 27, 1943, and was a lifelong resident of Littleton. 

Beverly was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband, James R. Ogilvie Sr., her son Matthew Gallo and his wife Karen of Stoddard, New Hampshire, and her daughter Jill Manousos and her husband Charles of Lowell. Beverly also leaves behind cherished grandchildren, (Tiana, Jaclyn, Chloe, and Charlie) who brought her great joy. She is Pre-Deceased by her Parents Herbert & Anna Wheeler and her sister June MacArthur.

Beverly dedicated more than 20 years to working in the healthcare field, providing compassionate care in multiple doctor's offices and ultimately retiring from Emerson Hospital as a Unit Coordinator in the Critical Care Unit. 

She had a deep love for the beach and enjoyed spending time with her family, particularly her grandkids. Her love for animals was boundless, especially her own pets throughout the years and later in life, her cats. She was an avid supporter of the ASPCA, giving back to the cause that was close to her heart. 

Those who knew Beverly will remember her strong-willed, opinionated nature and her firecracker personality. She was never intimidated by a challenge and loved to take some risks in her life as an avid scratch ticket enthusiast. She lived life to the fullest and formed lasting friendships with all who had the privilege of knowing her. Beverly was a forever friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who loved her. 

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Beverly's memory to your local humane society or the ASPCA.
