Beverly Jean (Snook) Hollingworth

July 25, 1936 — August 26, 2023

Littleton, Massachusetts

Beverly Jean (Snook) Hollingworth, of Littleton, MA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at home.

Beverly was born on July 25, 1936, in Everett, MA to the late Frank G. Snook and Mildred (Hewitt) Snook. She was married to the love of her life, Paul Hollingworth, who predeceased her in 2013, for over 50 years.

Bev was a homemaker and enjoyed many crafts including painting and flower arranging.  She was the President of the local garden club for many years and a member of the First Baptist Church of Littleton, MA.  She liked visiting craft fairs and antiquing on the weekends as well as drives to see the beautiful New England scenery.  Later in life, she found a fondness for an occasional visit to the casino.  She was most comfortable at home with her family, spending time playing cards and taking pleasure in laughing and visiting poolside.

She leaves behind two daughters, Lori Hollingworth, of Littleton, MA, and Debra Jarrow and her husband, Dr. Stephen Jarrow, of West Warwick, RI, her beloved grandson, Paul J. Hazard and his wife, Anna Hazard, of Saunderstown, RI, her brother, Frank Snook, of Littleton, MA, and her sister, Donna Ricker, of Dover, NH.  She unfortunately will not get to meet her great-grandchild, Isabella Anne, arriving in January 2024.

The family will gather for services privately to remember Beverly.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society - RI Chapter, 205 Hallene Road, Suite 209, Warwick, RI 02886, or Great Dog Rescue NE, 9 Bartlett Street, No. 316, Andover, MA  01810.
