Brian Alward

Littleton

Brian W. Alward. 65, of Acton, formerly of Littleton, died at Emerson Hospital in Concord on February 21, 2015. He was born in Ayer, MA on October 13, 1949 son of the late Walter and Anastasia (Griffin) Alward. He grew up in Littleton and was a graduate of Littleton High School, Class of 1968. In high school Brian played football, and played the Trombone in band. He later graduated from the Arts Institute of Boston. Brian worked as a graphic designer for Northeast Offset of Chelmsford and Quebacon of Leominster.

Brian loved working with watercolors and drawing cartoons and caricatures. He had made his home in Acton for the past 4years. He is survived by his former wife Esther Hughes of Tyngsboro, a son Joshua and his wife Christine Alward of Nashua, NH a sister, Linda and her husband Robert Murphy of Hudson, MA. 2 grandchildren Devin and Trevor Alward and 2 nieces Shannon Tessier and Erin Arello.


Visiting Hours will be held at the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King St. Littleton, on Friday February 27, from 9 am to 1 pm followed by a Service at 1.pm. Burial at Westlawn
