Carol Bowler-Nixon, age 71, passed away on May 31, 2026, in Lexington, South Carolina.
Born on December 22, 1954, Carol was raised in Salem, New Hampshire, where she developed the kindness, warmth, and strength that would define her throughout her life. She was devoted to her family and cherished the time she spent with those she loved most. Her caring spirit, generous heart, calm resolve, and sense of humor will be remembered by all who had the distinct privilege of knowing her.
Carol was predeceased by her beloved parents, Raymond and Teresa Bowler.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Keith Nixon, who was her partner and best friend. She will be deeply missed by her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Dave Blake; her twin brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Regina Bowler; her nieces, Amy, Courtney, and Ashley; her son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Michelle Nixon; and her treasured grandsons, Nate and Ben, who brought her immense pride, joy, and laughter.
Family and friends are invited to honor Carol's life at a graveside service on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Westlawn Cemetery in Littleton, Massachusetts.
A Celebration of Life will follow at Piccolino's, 4 Mill Street, Shirley, Massachusetts, where family and friends are welcome to gather, share memories, and celebrate Carol's life until 3:00 p.m.
Carol's love, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. Though she is deeply missed, her memory will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched.
