Carol Chalmers

Carol (Herbert) Chalmers 81, a long time resident of Groton. Died on November 15, 2015. She is survied by loving husband Richard Chalmers of 62 years. She leaves 3 children a son Richard and wife Gail. Daughter Martha and fiance Glenn and Daughter Lisa. 3 grandchildren Nicole and husband Jacob, Andrew and wife Lisa and grandson Nathan. 4 great-grandchildren Gabriel, Thomas, Allison and Amelia.A Twin brother Harold (Herbie). Also many other close friends. She was a long time member of the Groton knitting club and EDHA. Her hobbies included traveling with husband, watching horse pulling, reading and knitting. There will be private family services and in lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Diabetes Assoc.
