Carol Ann Hillman

Carol Ann (Leighton) Hillman, of Westford, MA, 77, passed away peacefully and surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 7th, 2015 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.
Born on November 5th, 1937 in Littleton, MA, Carol was the only daughter to Arnold Leighton and Dorothy (Gray) Leighton. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years, Herbert K. Hillman. Carol is survived by her children; Robert Hillman and his wife, Linda, of Littleton, Wayne Hillman of Westford, William Hillman and his wife, Deborah J., of Westford, Sharon Oberman and her husband, Howard, of Groton, and Herbert Hillman and his wife, Deborah M., of Westford. Carol was predeceased by her son, Richard Hillman, of Westford. She leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Keith and Arnold Leighton.
Carol will be remembered as a passionate cook, who loved to prepare large meals for her family. She was an avid collector and could often be found attending flea markets on Sundays. She also enjoyed playing bingo and making crafts. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family.
Services will be held at Badger Funeral Home of Littleton. Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 13th, 2015 at 347 King Street from 5-8PM.
