Carol Ann (Costello) Marquedant

December 20, 1940 — September 26, 2017

Carol Ann (Costello) Marquedant age 76 of Hudson formerly of Westford and Newton passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley in Littleton following a lengthy illness. She was the wife of William D. Marquedant, Jr. of Hudson.

Born in Arlington on December 20, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Joseph D. and Violet M. (Dalrymple) Costello. Raised and educated in Newton, Carol graduated from Newton High School and later attended Burdett Business School in Boston. She worked for many years as an Executive Assistant for Raytheon Corporation.

Carol and Bill married on May 8, 1976 and they settled in Westford for many years before moving to Hudson. Carol, enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling and attending country music concerts. She will also be remembered for her selfless caring for others.

Along with her husband she is survived by her sister Nancy Quigley and her husband Richard of Newton and by several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Carol on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 11:00 am in the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King St., Littleton. Burial will follow in Westlawn Cemetery, Littleton.
