Carol Nastasia-Polak

Carol Nastasia-Polak, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2024. Born on July 17, 1946, in Lowell, MA, Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend. 

Carol grew up in Westford Massachusetts and attended Westford Academy. She spent 26 years at Frequency Sources/Lockheed Martin. After marrying Bruce in 1999, she moved to Ellenton, Florida, and returned back to Westford after he passed. 

Carol was a fan of life's simple pleasures. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, and visiting the casino. A fan of the Red Sox and Patriots, she cheered her teams faithfully. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Carol loved visiting York Beach and her many adventures with Sue Collins, as they raised their kids together. 

Carol is survived by her loving son, Kevin Nastasia and his wife, Sarah; her cherished granddaughter, Zolivia; her siblings, Bernard Blanchard, Joan Rockwood, Audrey Ducharme, and Lisa Walsh. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Bruce Polak, and her parents, Leon and Margaret Blanchard.
