Carole (Zicko) Roy

Carole Janice (Zicko) Roy, 80 and a longtime Littleton resident passed away peacefully on Thursday February 25, 2021. She was the loving wife for over 40 years to Doug Roy.
Carole was born in Natick, MA on February 22, 1941, a daughter to the late Peter and Madolyn (Griffin) Zicko. She attended area schools and on April 6, 1978 married Doug. A woman of strong faith, Carole considered herself to be very spiritual. She loved music and was an accomplished pianist in her younger days. She enjoyed the simple things in life and was most happy relaxing at home with a good book. Family was most important to Carole and she will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
In addition to her husband, Carole is survived by her children and their families; Jennifer Roy and her fiancé Charles Jennings and their daughter, Claire; Gregory Loell and his wife, Anne Marie and their children, Joshua and Theresa; and Kathleen Zani and her husband Mark and their children, Madolyn (Joshua) Kwolek, Jacquelyn (Evan) Batterman, Carolyn, Matthew and Andrew Zani. Carole is further survived by her siblings; Dennis "Denny" Zicko, Ronald "Ronnie" Zicko and Nancy (Zicko) Walker.
Services for Carole will be private.
