Catherine Francine (Priest) Dumas age 65 of Ayer formerly of Littleton, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Nashoba Valley Medical Center, she was the wife of George A. Dumas.

Catherine F. Priest was born in Boston, MA on September 12, 1958, a daughter of the late Francis and Patricia (Kelly) Priest. Raised and educated in Littleton, Catherine graduated from Littleton High School. George and Catherine married on May 24, 1986, and soon after built a home a Ayer where together they raised their loving son.

Catherine worked for Digital Equipment Corporation for many years in Maynard and Littleton. She also worked in food service for the Town of Westford public schools where she enjoyed the interaction with the students. She was always a hard worker but especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Along with her husband George, she is survived by her son Lucas Dumas of Ayer, brothers Frank and Andy Priest, and sister Kelly Ledger along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Catherine for visiting hours on Sunday, December 17, 2023, from 2:00-5:00 pm at the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King Street, Littleton. Her funeral service and burial will be private.
