Littleton- C.J Dywer, 13, of Littleton died unexpectedly at Children's Hospital, Boston on April 26, 2015. He was born in Salem Ma on September 21, 2001. C.J Lived the first six years of his life at Franciscan Children's Hospital until he found his forever family.
He is survived by his mother Susan (Howard) Dwyer and his brothers and sisters Ann, Jamie, Glenda, Max, Kate, Julissa, Aimee, and Nicolas. His is also survived by his Aunts and Uncles; John and Arlene Howard of Concord, Ma and Steve and Fran Howard of Worcester, Ma. C.J leaves behind many cousins, loving nurses and friends.
A memorial service will be held at the Badger Funeral Home, 347 king Street Littleton on Saturday May 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CAPE Team at Boston Children's Hospital, 300 Longwood Ave, Boston, MA. Please see www.badgerfuneral.com
