David W. Johnston

David W. Johnston 59, and a resident of Littleton MA, passed away suddenly on July 17, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Barbara Johnston.

David also leaves behind his loving children; Alana, Thomas, and Julia all of Littleton. David is the beloved brother of Edna Sullivan of Braintree, Michael Johnston of Blackstone, Patricia Johnston of Braintree, and Mary Elizabeth Johnston, and her husband Stephen Capoccia of Westwood. David was a devoted husband and loving father, son, and brother and will be dearly missed.

David is the son of the late Thomas W. and Edna M. (Storer) Johnston. He graduated from Medfield High School and furthered his education at Northeastern University, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. He was a professional engineer, specializing in structural engineering. David was employed as Senior Restoration Consultant at Walker Consultants in Boston for many years.

He cherished his German Shepherds; Daisy and Bruin, black lab, Chief, and his pug, Guinness. David enjoyed golf, watching Boston sports teams, and was a passionate drum and bugle corps enthusiast.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember David on Thursday July 22, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King Street, Littleton. His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 PM on Friday July 23, 2021 in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Anne Church, 75 King Street, Littleton. Interment will be private.
