Denise Marie (Flaherty) Pagacik, age 55, of Littleton passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 16, 2018. She was the beloved wife of Ivan G. Pagacik and loving mother of Michael W. and Matthew W. Pagacik of Littleton.
Denise was born in Quincy, MA on July 2, 1963, the daughter of Robert W. and Natalie A. (Hegarty) Flaherty of Attleboro. She was raised and attended schools in Attleboro and graduated from Bishop Feehan High School. Denise earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College.
Denise and Ivan married at Stonehill College on June 1, 1991 and soon settled in Littleton where together they raised their loving sons. Denise was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She was a dedicated team mother always attending and supporting her son's sports teams. She was known for her phenomenal baking which were enjoyed by all who knew her. Denise was a selfless person, always there for others at any given moment. Thoughtful and caring, she was an amazing party planner with incredible attention to detail. Denise made all those around her feel special.
Denise worked throughout her career at many places: General Medical Associates, Clinton Hospital, Franciscan Children's Hospital and most recently at Teknor Apex in Leominster as a beloved Human Resource Manager. She also worked at the Littleton Park & Rec Department for many years.
Along with her husband Ivan, sons Michael and Matthew and parents Robert and Natalie, she is survived by her brother Robert J. Flaherty of Acton and his wife Gina, and her niece and nephew Nicole, and Brendan Flaherty and her brother-in-law Stefan Pagacik of Hingham. She was predeceased by her brother William M. Flaherty in 1994. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was a devoted friend to many.
Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Denise on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 pm in the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King St., Littleton. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 am in St. Anne's Parish, 75 King St., Littleton. Burial will be private.
