Dessie June Brownell, a resident of Niagara, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday December 17, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was the loving and devoted wife of the late Frankie Brownell who preceded her in death on February 17, 2016.
Dessie was born in Bryant, Wisconsin on January 18, 1940. She was the daughter of the late William and Tabitha (Arrowood) Carter. She was raised in Wisconsin and was a graduate of Antigo High School in Antigo, Wisconsin. She was a co-owner of Frank's Sewer Cleaning business which she operated out of Kenosha, Wisconsin with her late husband until their retirement in 2004.
Dessie loved spending time with her family and enjoying the animals and sights of Northern Wisconsin. Dessie is survived by her children Danny Bolding of Superior, Wisconsin and Anita Faye (Edward) Taylor of Dunstable, Massachusetts, as well as her five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Ruby (Lee) Barnett of Antigo, Wisconsin.
In addition to her husband, Dessie is sadly preceded in death by her eldest son Eddie Bolding of Crandon, Wisconsin and her siblings Izetta Jones, Theodore Carter, and William Carter.
In accordance with Dessie's wishes she will be interred with her late husband in Crandon, Wisconsin and a private family memorial will follow.
