Donald James Hovasse

Donald J. Hovasse, 54, of Waltham, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at his residence.

He was born in Somerville on November 27, 1968. Donald is survived by his parents Donald C. and Linda (Reppucci) Hovasse of Las Vegas, NV, sister, Rachel Hovasse, nephews Charles and Andrew Flamenco of Malden, MA, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He attended Tewksbury Public Schools, and spent many years of his life in the Worcester area. He was a complicated man who loved the simple things in life like dogs, rock and roll music, and spending time outdoors camping and fishing.  He had a great sense of humor and would do anything to make someone laugh.  He will be remembered as a person who always fought for the underdog and a giving individual who gave to those less fortunate even when he was in need himself.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 1:00PM at Pine Grove Cemetery in Westford, MA.
