Dorothy Marie Milton

Dorothy Marie Milton (Perry), 80, of Westford, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on August 11th, 2026, at Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln, Massachusetts, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Kenneth B. Milton, with whom she shared 52 years of marriage.

Dorothy was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on July 6th, 1946. She was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph Perry and Dorothy Perry (Morris).

Raised in Cambridge, MA, Dorothy attended Cambridge High & Latin High School, later moved to Westford with her husband, and became a mother to four children. Throughout her life, she was known for her love of animals, crocheting, crafting & cooking.

Dorothy dedicated her professional life to the electronics assembly field for many years and later retired as a special needs bus monitor for the Westford Public School System. She took great pride in career accomplishment, work ethic, or contribution.

Family was always at the center of Dorothy’s life. She was a devoted mother to her son Joseph DePrimeo III (Boston) & Jason DePrimeo, Melinda Carroll (Wilmington), and daughters Marianne Fernandez (Milton) and her husband Emerson (Westford), and Amy E. Milton and her partner Peter Ravanis (Haverhill). She was also a loving grandmother to Jason DePrimeo Jr, Gabriella DePrimeo, Jeremy DeLouchrey & Sophia DePrimeo.

Dorothy will be remembered for her [love of Christ and her church (Calvary Chapel), sense of humor, kindness, supportive nature, and above all her grandchildren]. She especially enjoyed [going to the ocean and whale watching with her family. Some of her happiest moments were spent with her grandchildren.

In addition to her immediate family, Dorothy leaves behind [her sister Mary Ann Lewis (Perry) and her husband Joseph (Quincy)]. She was predeceased by [her brother Joseph Perry].

Above all, Dorothy will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will carry her memory in their hearts and cherish the many wonderful memories shared together.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Pine Grove Cemetery, 68 Forge Village Road, Westford, MA. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
