Elizabeth Anne (Molloy) Sepe

August 19, 1932 — September 4, 2017

Elizabeth Anne (Molloy) Sepe age 85 of Littleton passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Lowell General Hospital following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Matthew J. Sepe who died in 1995.

Elizabeth was born in Lowell on August 19, 1932 the daughter of the late Domenick and Elizabeth Seymour Molloy.  Raised and educated in Lowell she graduated from Lowell High School.

She met and later married Matthew on June 13, 1963 at St. Margaret's church in Lowell.  They settled in Littleton where together they raised their loving sons, Richard & Matthew.  Elizabeth was a devoted wife and mother.  During her years as a homemaker, Elizabeth's world revolved around her sons and their upbringing.  In her relaxation time, she enjoyed reading, watching PBS with an affinity for English programming, exercise and current events.

Later in life, Elizabeth embraced the role of grandmother to her five grandchildren with the same passion and dedication she had parented her own children.  Whether it was introducing them to her favorite board games or joining the kids for a sled ride on the back hill, Elizabeth was a fun and engaged grandmother.  She joined annual family vacations to Story Land and Stowe, Vermont.  Elizabeth also regularly attended her grandchildren's numerous sports activities, sitting in the rain for a soccer or lacrosse game, or a cold ice rink watching hockey.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving sons, Richard M. Sepe and wife Kimberly Ann and Matthew A. Sepe and wife Alicia all of Westford, her cherished grandchildren Joe, Alex, Jack, Elise and Matthew Sepe, along with many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her sisters, Rita Molloy, Claire Molloy Sepe, Agnes Molloy, Eileen Molloy Garvey, Maureen Molloy Skaltsas & Helen Molloy, and brothers Domenick & Paul Molloy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to the 22q Family Foundation.  The foundation provides support to families impacted by 22q deletion syndrome, a genetic condition that affects Elizabeth's grandson Joe:
