Henry Paul Trabucco

July 25, 1953 — October 14, 2024

Methuen, Massachusetts

Henry Paul “Hank” Trabucco, 71, of Methuen, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 14, 2024, after a long battle with cancer.

Henry was born in Winthrop, Massachusetts on July 25, 1953, a son of the late Henry and Angelina (D’errico) Trabucco.

Enlisting in the United States Air Force in 1971, Henry spent over 25 years honorably serving his country and received many awards. Henry’s experience in the Air Force played a very important role in his life, frequently pointing out that it taught him the value of discipline, teamwork, and investing in a cause larger than himself.

After retiring from the Air Force, Henry still enjoyed working part-time. Above all, his family was his greatest blessing. Every chance he could, he spent time with his family at his lake house on Newfound Lake in Bristol, New Hampshire, where he could be seen grilling and making smores with his grandchildren. Henry always made sure his mother-in-law was taken care of, visiting her weekly enjoying coffee and cake together and of course, completing those honey-do lists.

Henry is survived by his loving wife Judith Trabucco, his daughter Melissa Ansara-Burns and her husband Michael Burns, his “second daughter” Jessica Watson, his grandchildren Zain Ansara, Michael Burns, and Cali Gilman, brother Roger Trabucco, and sister Angela Trabucco, as well as many other relatives and friends.

The family of Henry Trabucco wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Issiello of Dana Faber Methuen, MA., and all the other nurses and organizations that treated Henry for the past 30 years.

Family and friends will gather for a period of visitation to honor and remember Henry on Friday, October 25, 2024, from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Badger Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King St., Littleton, MA.
