Jackie E. Meyer

Jacquelynn "Jackie" Meyer, formerly of Ayer, passed away on Monday July 25, 2022 in Spencer, MA. Jackie is the beloved child of Kara Kramer.

Jackie was a proud member of the LGBT community and preferred people to use they/them pronouns.  They loved going on long walks to their favorite places, giving gifts to the people they cared about, and standing up for people with autism and other intellectual disabilities. Holidays and birthdays were very special to them. Jackie loved collecting special things, such as rocks and fidget toys. They also loved gaming on their computer. Jackie will be deeply missed by all who knew them.

Jackie is survived by their mother, Kara Kramer, three sisters, Kaitlin Meyer, Abigail Alberga, and Adrian (Zoe) Alberga of Hubbardston, MA (all formerly of Ayer). Jackie is also survived by their maternal grandmother, Kris Kramer Petz and grandfather, John Petz of Groton, MA., as well as special friends and care providers, Carl and Marcus Baker.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Jackie for a graveside service and burial on Friday August 5, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Groton Cemetery, 242 Hollis St, Groton, MA. A memorial service will be announced on a later date at the First Parish Church of Groton, 1 Powderhouse Rd, Groton, MA.
