Jacqueline "Jackie" Ann (Vincent) McKelvie Plourde age 81 of Littleton, passed away peacefully following a brief illness on June 2, 2019 at Emerson Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of her loving husband of 33 years James W. Plourde of Littleton and was predeceased by her beloved first husband of 24 years Alton "Bruce" McKelvie. She is also survived by Barney, their very spoiled Schnauzer to whom she was a loving dog mom for 11 years.
Jackie was born in Concord on December 23, 1937 a daughter to the late Joseph F. and Jennie (Sieliski) Vincent. Jackie had many passions and interests, she was a devoted caregiver to their beloved dog Barney and enjoyed antiquing throughout the area with Jim to create collections they admired. They often traveled to Boothbay, Maine and Gloucester and always cherished gatherings at family celebrations, barbeques, and especially her favorite holiday Christmas. Jackie was known for always winning at family friendly poker games and she and Jim would go above and beyond to make everyone's day a special gift
Jackie was also a talented and experienced seamstress, she tailored clothing for her children when her daughters were young, and later for her daughter's doll shop. She loved her daily excursions with Jim to their favorite restaurant, Tiny's in Ayer to dine and visit with the friendly staff that made them feel like family.
Jackie will be deeply missed by all who understood her unique charm.
She is survived by 3 children; Roberta McKelvie MacDonald and David MacDonald of Maynard; Deborah McKelvie Allen and Rick Allen of Littleton, and Bruce McKelvie and Phyllis Young of Littleton, step daughter Michelle Plourde Littlefield and Eugene Pudsey of Jaffrey, NH. Jacqueline is also predeceased by her brothers, Joseph Vincent of Greenland, NH and Thomas Vincent of Maynard. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law: Joseph's wife, Donna Vincent, and Thomas' wife, Helen Vincent, ten loving grandchildren; Travis, Brandon, Kyle, Courtney, Nicholas, Kristen, Rachael, Devin, Jacob, James, six great grandchildren and many other dear relatives.
Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Jackie on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King St., Littleton. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 7 at 10:00 am at St. Anne Parish, 75 King St, Littleton. Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery, Littleton.
