Kevin A. Griffin Jr., a man of charisma and charm, whose soul resonated with the rhythm of life, passed away on September 17th, 2026. Born on January 2nd, 1955, in Cambridge, MA.

Kevin’s love for life was as infectious as the melodies he so deeply cherished. An ambitious visionary, Kevin found his calling in the music industry, where he thrived as a Music Entertainment Director. His natural talent for recognizing potential in others, coupled with his dedicated work ethic, led him to a successful and fulfilling career that spanned decades.

A peaceful man at heart, Kevin's love for nature was only surpassed by his love for music and his faithful commitment to Christ. As a devout Catholic, Kevin actively participated in church activities throughout his life. His home in Groton, Massachusetts, situated by a tranquil lake, embodied his desire for serenity and was a testament to his appreciation for the world's natural beauty. His passion for music led him on an adventurous journey on the tour management team of a rock band for many years. The stories he brought back from these travels were as captivating as the man himself.

After the music industry, Kevin volunteered at many shelters and outreach programs in Cambridge and Boston, supporting people with drug and alcohol addictions. His work alongside these clergy, counselors, and healthcare professionals gave him a great purpose.

Kevin leaves behind his sister Ann Griffin-White and brothers Jack, Paul, and Christopher Griffin. Kevin is also survived by nephews Martin White and Brian Griffin, niece Ashley Griffin, and brothers-in-law Steven P. White and Anthony Valdez. He now joins his parents, Kevin A. Griffin Sr. and Julia A. Griffin, and his brothers Martin and William Griffin, in restful peace

Kevin’s legacy of love and kindness will live in the hearts of his family and friends forever.

Family, friends, and those whose lives Kevin touched are invited to the Blessed Trinity Parish - St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, 107 North Main Street, Westford, Massachusetts, 01886, on Thursday, 24 Sep 2026 at 10:00 am for visitation, followed by the funeral Mass promptly at 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
