Laura J. Fisher

Laura J. Fisher, age 46, a resident of Pepperell died Saturday, July 26, 2014 surrounded by her loving family and her devoted friend, Roger Ellis.
She was born in Woburn, MA on August 20, 1967 and was the daughter or Anthony B. and Patricia A. (Dempsey) Fisher. Laura was educated in the Westford School System and was a graduate of Southeastern Massachusetts University, Class of 1989.
Laura's passion in life was her horses. She rescued many horses over the years and would train them and help them find new homes. She was active in trail riding and equine competitions. She also cared deeply for dogs and cats, adopting them or helping to place them in good homes.
In addition to her parents and Roger, she leaves a sister, Janine M. Fisher of North Andover, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call at the MARCHAND FUNERAL HOME, 16 Pleasant Street, Pepperell, MA on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at the funeral home.
