Lucille M. (Anderson) Willson, age 84, a resident of Pepperell for over 50 years died unexpectedly Monday, May 25, 2009 at the Southern N.H. Medical Center in Nashua, NH after a short illness.
She was born in Lowell, MA on January 19, 1925 and was raised and educated in Westford. She touched and influenced the lives of all who knew her, including her extended family and beloved friends. She was known as "Nana" to everyone, especially her grandchildren. Her home was an important part of her life. She enjoyed crocheting.
She leaves a son, David A. Willson and his wife, Roberta M. of Pepperell; three daughters, Robin A. Comeau and her husband, Richard of Greenville, NH, Fay I. Blood and her husband Ray of Pepperell and Donna L. Johnston of Ft. Worth, Texas; a sister in law, Isabelle Willson of Pepperell. She was the cherished grandmother of nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and leaves many friends.
Relatives and friends may call at the Marchand Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant Street, Pepperell, MA on Friday, May 29, 2009 from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Private burial services will he held at a later date.
