Mark L. Williams, 54 of Littleton passed away of Friday, November 27 after a brief illness. Mark was the son of the late Richard and Judy Williams of Westford. Born in Boston, Mark grew up in Westford but made his home on Littleton since 2007. He was a 1980 graduate of Nashoba Tech. Mark was a cherished and devoted husband to Jeanmarie (Merullo) Williams. He is survived by his sister, Laura Williams of Littleton, niece Sonia Williams of Dorchester, nephew Micky, and niece Trisha both of Lowell. He was also the Grand-Uncle to several nieces and nephews. Mark was the loving son-in-law to Donna C White of Littleton and the late Carmine Merullo of Littleton. He was the nephew of Kenneth and Irene Surprenant of Littleton and the beloved nephew of Helen White-McIsaac of Littleton. Mark was a caring and loving family man. He loved his family above everything else. He was an avid Patriots and Bruins fan and enjoyed watching Bruins games with his wife. He loved working on models of classic cars. Mark knew a great deal about mechanics and was always willing to help people fix their cars. He also loved animals. For many years, Mark owned his own successful painting company and before that he was a welder. Visiting hours will be on Thursday, December 3. 2015 at Badger Funeral Home, 347 King Street, Littleton from 6-9 pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church 75 King Street, Littleton will be held Friday at 10 am.
