Norma Morse

Norma (Tobin) Morse, 86, of Boxborough, died unexpectedly in Plantation Florida on February 6, 2014. She was born in Ayer, MA on April 28, 1927 daughter of the late John and Hazel (Crosby) Tobin and was the wife of the late John A. Morse Sr, who died in 2007. She grew up in Littleton and was a graduate of Littleton High School Class of 1945. She then attended Burdett Junior College for a year.
Norma worked as a phone operator at Ft. Devens, a waitress at the Wayside Grille in Littleton, and later as a bookkeeper at Bursaw Oil, Polaroid, and then retired from Deaconess Rivercrest in Concord. She as a married in 1948 and had made her home in Littleton and Boxborough all her life. She was a member of The Emblem Club and active in the Council on Aging in Boxborough, Littleton and Acton.
Mrs. Morse is survived by a son John Morse, Jr. of Plantation, FL, a daughter Rhonda and her husband Donald Forand of Boxborough, and a grandson Nicholas Forand of Boxborough.
Visiting Hours will be held on Friday, Feb 14, 2014 at the Badger Funeral Home, 347 king Street, Littleton from 4- 7 pm. Burial at South Cemetery Boxborough in the spring.
