Paul J. Koski, 94, formally of Littleton passed at his home in of Pompano Beach, Florida on March 22, 2015. Paul was born November 29, 1920 in Maynard MA to Tilda (Pukkila) and John Koski.
He was a graduate of Maynard High School 1938 and attended Franklin Institute, Boston, MA.
Paul served in the U.S. Army Eighth and twelfth Air Force, as an engineer gunner, during WWII.
He married Vera (Bunchy) Tiihonen on June 21,1947 and they built their home in Littleton, MA.
He worked for 38 years as a system technician for AT&T, retiring in 1984. Paul was a member of the Knights of Kaleva and the Littleton Congregational Church.
Paul leaves his son Glen Koski of South Hero, Vermont; his grandchildren Griffyn and Lauren and their son Jack Henry Koski of Shelburne, Vermont, Devlin Koski and Meg Koski of South Hero, Vermont; his sister Vieno Ware of Concord, MA and nephews Dr. William Ware, John Ware, Brad Lettonen and niece Virginia Weckstrom.
Paul was predeceased by his beloved Bunchy in May of 2000. Also predeceased by his sister Martha Weckstrom and dear friend and companion Margaret Haug.
A Graveside Service will be held at 12 noon on May 9 at the Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard, MA with a reception following at the Kaleva Lodge, Fort Pond Rd., Littleton, MA. Please see www.badgerfuneral.com
