Paul D. Shea

Paul D. (Petie) Shea, age 65, a longtime resident of Pepperell died February 28, 2017 at the Vibra Healthcare Center after a period of declining health.

He was born in Fitchburg on September 2, 1951, the son of the late Herbert J. and Francena Mae (Hunt) Shea. Paul was educated in the Pepperell School System. He was a graduate of North Middlesex Regional High School, Class of 1970.

Paul was employed as an auto mechanic for over 20 years at Kemp’s Service Station. He enjoyed building model cars and was a fan of auto racing. While living in Pepperell from 1951-2011, he made many friends.

He is survived by two brothers, Alan Shea of Pepperell and William Dodge of Leominster; a sister, Beverly Woodrum of Fort Lauderdale, FL and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, David Shea and Frederick Dodge.

Relatives and friends may call at the Marchand Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant Street, Pepperell, MA on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Pepperell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Red Cross.
