Paul E. Walker

Paul E Walker, age 92, of Westford and formerly of Amherst NY, died Monday, October 29, 2012 at his daughter and son-in-law's residence. He was healthy up to a few weeks before his passing, then passed swiftly and peacefully. He was the husband of Lucretia B. Walker who predeceased him in 2006, after 62 years of marriage.

Paul was born in Rochester NY on August 3,1920. A son of the late E.H. Walker and M.C. Walker He was educated in the Charlotte School system. A graduate of Michigan State University , he was in the ROTC program and
upon graduation was commissioned in the US Army. He was eventually sent overseas during the Occupation, to Japan. Upon return he worked for White Brothers Rose Corporation/later sold to Sieck Wholesale. He was a Wholesale Florist for over 50 years until his move to Westford in 2003.

He leaves two daughters, Jacalyn Fonzi and husband John of North Tonawanda, NY and Jonnie Walker-Rohs and her husband Paul of Westford; 5 grandchildren, Michael, Shestin, Cameron, Emily and Joe as well as 6 great
grandchildren.
