Ralph H. Lincoln

Ralph H. Lincoln passed away on January 9, 2015 at the Nashoba Valley Medical Center. Ralph was the husband of Katheryn (Kitty) Lincoln to whom he was married for 62 years.

Born in Milton, Massachusetts, on March 10, 1924, son of the late Holbrook and Margaret (LeFevre) Lincoln. He graduated from Milton High School, class of 1942. Later graduated from Wentworth Institute in 1947 with a Certificate in Machine Construction and Tool Design, also attended Northeastern University where he completed his Associates in Mechanical Engineering in 1960 and Bachelors in Engineering and Management in1964.

Mr. Lincoln was married in 1952 and made his home in Milton, working as an engineer at Boston Gear and Holtzer Cabot for several years. He moved to Groton in 1964 to work for Insco Corporation as Chief Engineer from 1964 until his retirement in 2002. Ralph was a member of the Savin Hill Yacht Club since 1944 where he loved to sail. He also enjoyed square dancing, ballroom dancing, and working around his house.

He is survived by his wife and by 3 children, Thomas Lincoln and his wife Karen of Worcester, Ma, James Lincoln and his wife Diane of Lowell, Ma and Jonathan Lincoln and his wife Elizabeth of New Orleans, La; 4 grandchildren, Alexander Lincoln, Abigail Lincoln, Elizabeth Lincoln and Andrew Lincoln.
