Ruth Kilpatrick Morgan turned 90 on November 6, 2020, bringing her celebration to heaven one day later.
Born in Waltham, Massachusetts to Elmer Otis & Elizabeth Irene Kilpatrick, she was one of the 'Five Little Peppers', referring to Ruthie and her four spirited sisters, Patsy Kenney, Delores Mapa, Lois Madden and Ethel Hartman. Ruthie loved to lace up her white figure skates, spending countless hours at the Boston Skating Club. Ruth married Irving Morgan, raising their five children in Littleton, Wayne & Diane Morgan of Littleton, MA, Bruce Morgan of Laconia, NH, Cynthia & Dennis Holmes of Lancaster, MA, Audrey & Dean Sampson of Harvard, MA and Beverly Morgan Sharrio of Marblehead, MA. While her kids kept her on the go, she always opened her home to countless friends and family, along with a full stable of Morgan horses. A wonderful and nurturing grandmother to Heather, Ryan, Morgan, Jackie, Jack, Bradley & Mitchell. In her later years, she was the welcoming face you would see entering Drumlin Farm, working at The Mass Audubon Society for over a decade.
