Stella Beatrice Pierce

Stella Beatrice (Garrett) Pierce, 92, a longtime resident of Littleton, passed away peacefully April 25, 2026, after a brief illness in Concord, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late Elmer R. “Joe “Pierce for 58 years prior to his passing in 2011.

Born in Everett, MA on June 15, 1933, to the late Frank “Raymond” Garrett and Anastasia “Dyke” Garrett, she was one of 10 children.

Stella enjoyed camping in Vermont with her family, knitting, and crocheting for all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She put her family first amongst everything else and cherished her 7 children, 19 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren. She was the loving mother of Jon and his wife Kim of Rockland, Glenn of Littleton, The late Joel Pierce of Littleton, Andy and his wife Martha of Ayer, Cynthia Pierce McNiff of Littleton, Jennifer Lyons and her husband Pat of Littleton, and Debra Pierce of Ayer.

She is survived by two sisters, Marion Maniff of Revere and Jean Flight of Wilmington.

There will be a Graveside service for family at Westlawn Cemetery, Littleton, MA on May 9th 11:15 AM.
