Timothy Patrick Kurdzo

Timothy Patrick Kurdzo, 28, of Dunstable, MA, loving son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away at home on March 6, 2019 after a battle with addiction.

Tim will be missed every day by his father James Kurdzo of Dunstable, MA, mother Kathleen Kurdzo of Salem, NH, his brother James Kurdzo, sister-in-law Emily, and niece Audra, all of Acton, MA, as well as a grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Tim was born on October 19, 1990 in Watertown, CT and moved to Dunstable at the age of seven. He graduated from Groton-Dunstable Regional High School in 2008, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental, Earth, and Ocean Sciences from UMass Boston in 2012. Tim worked at the TRC Companies in Lowell as an Air Emissions Specialist.

Tim loved the outdoors and had a passion for skateboarding, video games, snowmobiling, fishing, boating, and anything having a loud engine. Tim was funny, caring, and supportive to his friends and family.

His friends often spoke of Tim's willingness to drop anything to help them. Tim's friends have reached out with many stories that have captured how important he was to so many people.

Tim loved his niece Audra like a daughter. He was responsible for causing her first belly laughs, and had an uncanny ability to make Audra smile, laugh, and feel loved.

The family plans to hold a celebration of life gathering for Tim. Details will be communicated privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Tim's name to www.shatterproof.org a national nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the devastation caused to families and friends by addiction.
