Violet Elizabeth Partridge

Violet Elizabeth (Cooper) Partridge, 89, of Littleton passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 12, 2015, after a battle with ovarian cancer. She was born in Cambridge on October 24, 1926 daughter of the late James and Viola Cooper. She attended Cambridge Public schools. For many years she worked in the electronics industry. After retirement, she worked in the Activities Department at Life Care Center of Littleton. and also volunteered at Affinity Hospice of Life.
Surviving her are her four children, Susan Mardirosian (Haig) of Boston, Karen Olsen (John Walsh) of Rye, NH. Donald Partridge (Nancy Keele) of Ayer and Randy Partridge of Shirley. She also leaves 16 Grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Violet was predeceased by her husband Donald, her son Steven and her sisters. She was a friend to many including Linda Koch and the late David Hopkins and Fred Howard.
Visiting Hours will be held at the Badger Funeral Home, 347 King St. Littleton on Thursday September 17, 2015 from 4-7:30 pm followed by a brief Memorial Service. Private burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the charity of your choice or Nashoba Nursing Service in Ayer, MA.
