Virginia Rider

Virginia G. (Shelvey) Rider, 66, of Summerfield, Florida , died at The Villages Regional Hospital, Florida April 12, 2015. She was born in Cambridge MA, on August 28, 1948 daughter of the late Lawrence and Alice (Collins) Shelvey. Virginia was married in 1993 and was the beloved wife of Francis G. Rider. She is predeceased by two siblings Thomas Shelvey of Westford and Alice Shelvey of Littleton. Virginia worked in the communications departments at MIT and The Mitre Corporation as well as XRE in Littleton, Mass.
Virginia is survived by her husband Francis G. Rider, stepson Dean Rider, her grandson Tristan Rider and his mother Courtney Treadwell of Sturbridge and a brother Lawrence Shelvey of Lowell, and many nieces and nephews.
