William Lee Ouellette

William Lee Ouellette, 66, passed away at home Wednesday, February 8th, 2023.
Billy was born in Waltham on June 14, 1956.

Billy is survived by his beloved mother Salley Anne (Wilkins) Ouellette and brother Kenneth (Kenny) Robert Ouellette. Preceded by his father Lucien Ouellette and most recently his Black Lab “Bear” who was his constant companion.

Billy graduated from UMass Lowell with High honors in Civil Engineering. He was Principle Owner of Celtech Engineering Associates and Phoenix Engineering Group in Littleton, Massachusetts. He loved working on engines. Ask anyone that knew him and they would say he could fix any engine or anything mechanical.  His love for motorcycles was a passion of his, whether it was rebuilding them or just enjoying a ride.

Billy had a contagious laugh, was a great friend, and lived life to the fullest. He traveled all over the United States exploring, skiing, hiking, and attending motorcycle ralleys. His love for the ocean led him to spend much of his leisure time boating in Gloucester and Marco Island. He  will be missed by those who knew him!

The family will be having a celebration of life for William in the spring. In Lieu of Flowers, donations to your local animal rescue league in honor of Bill would be appreciated.
